The taste of Barcelona is many layers of flavor.  A colorful fruit stand within La Boqueria Mercato caught me by surprise (http://www.boqueria.info/mobile/en/index.html)I marveled at the wealth of food items and seafood. 

The seafood dishes are heavenly.  The Zarzuela seafood casserole at Cal Pinxo restaurant introduced me to Catalonian cuisine.  The sauce is creamy and unlike anything I’ve ever tasted.
