Walking Day 2

Today was much cooler and less humid!  I woke really early and when I normally would try to go back to sleep I actually got up and went out for a 1.6 mile walk done in 24 minutes.  Using Map Pedometer (http://www.mappedometer.com/) to accurately measure the distance.

I didn’t use iTouch today and it was a great meditative walk in the cool air.  I think I need a plan to train up to 5 miles, then 10 miles and so on.  Anyone have any suggestions to add to the distance?
